Bristol Motor Speedway's Saturday Spectacular series of exciting and unique racing returns May 17th. The card includes five action-packed races, including the UARA Late Model Series Thompson Metal 150.

Making the night even more spectacular, we'll see if some of NHRA's biggest drag racing stars can make a left turn! That's right, catch drag racers like Tony Schumacher, Ron Capps, Gary Scelzi and many more turning laps at Bristol in the NHRA Circle Track Challenge.

The NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series visits Bristol Dragway the same weekend for the O'Reilly Thunder Valley Nationals, making this once-in-a-lifetime event a reality. Putting the straight-line quarter-mile specialists on the high banks of Bristol promises plenty of drama, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. 

Also on the card is the Charger 25, the Pro Challenge 30, an incredibly wild Appliance race and a huge fireworks show.  Plus, see Bristol's very own Monster Truck, War Wizard turn a school bus into a mound of twisted metal.

Tickets are $15 for adults, kids 12-and-under get in free!  Gates open at 6 p.m. and the racin; starts at 7 p.m.

Also, fans who attend the Saturday session of the O'Reilly NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals at Bristol Dragway can show their Saturday NHRA event ticket at the Speedway ticket booth and save $5 on Saturday Spectacular admission.
