The Atlanta Braves and the Cincinnati Reds will play at Bristol Motor Speedway on August 2, 2025 in what will be the first Major League Baseball game in Tennessee, ever. History will be made at The Last Great Colosseum.

The MLB Speedway Classic will take place at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday, August 2, 2025.
Bristol is a border city divided by the Tennessee/Virginia state line. Bristol Motor Speedway sits on the Tennessee side in Sullivan County, 100 miles northeast of Knoxville and less than 20 miles north of Johnson City.
Air: Our local airport, Tri-Cities Airport, is in Blountville, Tennessee. It serves the Tri-Cities area of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. The airport is 13 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway
Car: Bristol Motor Speedway is most conveniently accessed by taking exit 69 off Tennessee interstate highway 81

Yes! Bristol Motor Speedway will have full hookup, non-hookup and tent camping available for purchase when tickets go on- sale. You will be able to purchase a campsite once you’ve purchased tickets. See Map above.

There are plenty of hotel accommodation options available throughout the Tri-Cities area, as well as Knoxville, TN (less than two hours away by car), and Asheville, NC. Camping is also available on the Bristol Motor Speedway property for fans interested.

As an Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds Season Ticket Member, you will receive an exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets to the MLB Speedway Classic beginning the week of September 16. Be on the lookout for your communication with pre-sale information, but registration is not necessary in order to be included in your pre-sale. As a registered user for either Club, you will also receive access to a presale for tickets in October to the MLB Speedway Classic. Be on the lookout for your communication announcing your pre-sale during the first week of October.
