The season's first short track awaits the 40 drivers of the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series Tuesday. With $300,000 up for grabs in the 2020 season, we expect to see the typical Bristol bumping and banging.

RACE INFO

Race 4 of 20
Bristol Motor Speedway
Bristol, Tenn.
0.533-mile oval
250 laps

PREVIOUS WINNERS AT BRISTOL

Bristol returned to the schedule last year, its first appearance since a 16-caution slugfest in 2011. The race was quite a bit cleaner - just five cautions resulting in 26 laps.

2019: Casey Kirwan
2011: Thomas Hazard
2010: Richard Towler

LAST YEAR: KIRWAN SCORES FIRST CAREER VICTORY

Casey Kirwan passed Zack Novak with just a handful of laps remaining last August to earn his first career win. The race also marked the end of the regular season, but Kirwan's triumph wasn't enough to help him clinch one of the eight playoff spots.

The biggest surprise of last year's event was Nathan Lyon, who led nearly half the race - though he came home 20th by the end of the night. That's Bristol for you.

LAST RACE: LUZA RETURNS TO VICTORY LANE

Snapping an almost yearlong winless drought, Ryan Luza cruised to victory two weeks ago at Homestead-Miami Speedway, claiming the first checkered flag for Williams Esports. Luza's long-run speed couldn't be matched, as evidenced by his passing of Bobby Zalenski in the closing laps and never looking back.

POINTS PICTURE AFTER THREE RACES

Bobby Zalenski is the new Mr. Consistency. Despite zero wins, he's finished third, third and eighth through three races in 2020, and he has the points lead over Fontana winner Ashton Crowder.

1) Bobby Zalenski, 112 points
2) Ashton Crowder, -3
3) Keegan Leahy, -7
4) Garrett Lowe, -19
5) Jimmy Mullis, -20
6) Nick Ottinger, -25
7) John Gorlinsky, -26
8) Jeremy Allen, -29
9) Ray Alfalla, -30
10) Ryan Luza, -31

The top eight drivers in points following the regular-season finale on Oct. 1 at Talladega Superspeedway will make the playoffs. The series champion will win $100,000.

WHAT TO EXPECT

With only one race in recent history at Bristol, plus a different racing package, it's tricky to predict what'll happen this time around. In our Power Rankings, we have our eyes on the drivers who've tended to survive races this season, namely Zalenski and Crowder.

The drivers who battled it out last year at Bristol need a solid run: Kirwan is 23rd in points, while defending series champ Novak is 26th. There's still a long way to go until the playoffs, but there's never a bad time to score a good finish.

Other potential notables include Keegan Leahy, who led a handful of laps last year - plus, he's fast everywhere we go - and Corey Vincent, last year's polesitter who had an unfortunate ending to his race.

If you believe in momentum, keep your eye on Crowder, whose breakout season marches on to the place where he scored one of his three top 10s last season - a figure he's already matched in three races this year.
